a safe, central heating, and a work desk inside the superior king room were handy. everyone was helpful and affable here and we felt right at home. location: the hotel was just off saalbach.

Location-wise, it's incredibly convenient as it's close to key amenities and the shuttle service was great. The spa area is a must-visit, with fantastic wellness facilities that provide the perfect relaxation after a busy day.

The pool temperature - while it was nice, it could have been warmer, especially in the winter months. At 32 degrees, it wasn't warm enough for lengthy stays which was a shame as the pool area was lovely.

Located conveniently close to the skiing lift, this family-run hotel offers a cosy and warm atmosphere with excellent food and friendly staff. the spa area is perfect for relaxing after a full day of skiing, and the wellness facilities and pool are enjoyable for families. the hotel staff are very helpful and responsive and provide assistance in case of need.

Although the swimming pool at the hotel is great for a quick dip, the temperature in wintertime could be warmer for a more sustained stay.

We loved the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and spoke English well. The hotel facilities were great, especially the spa area. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and dinner, and appreciated the convenient location close to transportation and skiing.

We had a fantastic stay at this cosy family-run hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, as it was close to the ski lift and there was a convenient shuttle service to get there. The hotel also offered a wide range of amenities, including a spa and wellness centre, where we could relax after a long day of skiing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food served in the restaurant was excellent. We also appreciated the special attention given to us when we had a skiing accident, with the family providing ice packs and assisting us with finding a doctor.
